If you see yourself in our values, keep reading; this might be the opportunity you're looking for.Job SummaryAre you eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of data governance, digital transformation, and healthcare innovationAs a Product Data & Project Support Intern, you will contribute to Terumo Europe’s Product Data Domain initiative, which focuses on aligning our product hierarchy within SAP MDG and supporting the evaluation and implementation of a Product Information Management (PIM) platform.This internship provides a valuable opportunity to learn about enterprise data management, vendor collaboration, and project coordination in a global healthcare environmentJob ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Project CoordinationPrepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, task trackers, and requirement matricesAssist in compiling RFP documents, vendor evaluation forms, and Proof of Concept (PoC) scriptsEnsure version control and structured file organization within shared environments including SharePoint, ClickUp, and TeamsData Analysis & Model SupportSupport the review and clean-up of product master data including SKUs, hierarchies, and attributesHelp consolidate canonical model drafts, attribute catalogues, and hierarchy mapping examplesDocument metadata such as attribute definitions, business rules, and picklists using standardized templatesResearch & BenchmarkingConduct desk research on PIM tools, CMS platforms, and industry standards such as GS1 and UDIMap vendor capabilities to functional and business requirementsPrepare comparative scorecards and concise summaries for internal discussionsStakeholder & Vendor SupportAssist in scheduling and preparing workshops, demonstrations, and vendor meetingsTrack open questions, actions, and decisionsSupport the organization and documentation of outputs from working group and steering committee sessionsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Data Management, or a related fieldStructured and detail-oriented with an interest in data, systems, and digital transformationProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a basic understanding of data structures or project workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize findings clearly and effectivelyProactive, communicative, and eager to learn in a cross-functional, international environmentHands-on learning experience in data governance and product domain modelingExposure to enterprise systems such as SAP MDG, PIM, CMS, DAM, and CRMExperience in project management, RFP development, and vendor engagementInsight into real-world challenges in data quality, integration, and business alignmentDay-to-day coaching and guidance from the Terumo Europe Data ManagerOpportunity to participate in project meetings, vendor demonstrations, and workshopsRegular feedback sessions to support your development and learning goals
