In this leadership role, you will drive the product design strategy and oversee a talented team of designers to create exceptional user experiences for our cutting-edge products.Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborationDevelop and implement product design strategies aligned with business goals and user needsOversee the entire design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketingConduct user research and analyze market trends to inform design decisionsPresent design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholdersEstablish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practicesDrive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in product designThe average base salary pay range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000.In this role, you may work remotely as long as you are located within the lower 48 states of the US.
