We’re backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA.About the RoleAs a Product Designer at Circadia, you’ll help shape the user experience of the Circadia Intelligence Platform — turning complex clinical, operational, and AI workflows into intuitive, elegant, and emotionally resonant interfaces. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineers and clinicians to design the next generation of healthcare AI tools — from predictive dashboards to LLM-powered care agents.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end design: Take products from early concept sketches to production-ready prototypes across web and internal tool environments (Retool, React).Design for clarity and trust: Translate complex patient data, risk predictions, and agent workflows into simple, human-centered visuals.Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineering and AI teams to refine how LLM agents surface insights, explain reasoning, and guide clinician actions.Shape design culture: Evolve Circadia’s design system, brand language, and UX standards across our SaaS platform and AI experiences.Iterate relentlessly: Incorporate real-world clinician feedback to ensure the product works seamlessly in fast-paced care environments.Who You Are4 – 8 yrs of product or interaction design experience in SaaS or data-heavy productsStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX, UI, and interaction craftExperience designing for complex information systems — e.g., analytics dashboards, workflow tools, or healthcare appsComfortable working with Figma and React environments, and collaborating with engineering on component implementationExcellent communication and storytelling skills — you can explain design rationale to both clinicians and engineersThrive in ambiguity, moving quickly from concept to prototype with minimal frictionBonus: experience in healthcare, life sciences, or AI-driven productsWhy CircadiaYou’ll design interfaces that literally save lives — empowering caregivers to act days before deterioration occurs.You’ll shape how AI and human care intersect in one of the fastest-growing markets in the world.You’ll join a tight-knit, high-velocity team that values elegant design as much as technical excellence.Compensation & PerksBase Salary: $100K – $220K DOE + meaningful stock optionsBenefits: 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision; 401(k) with match; generous PTO; commuter stipendWorkspace: El Segundo HQ with rooftop views, espresso bar, and weekly team lunchesGrowth: Access to clinical advisors, AI research partners, and design mentorship as we scale globallyHow to ApplySend your résumé, portfolio, and a short note about a product you helped shape from zero to production.
