You are accountable for understanding user needs, translating them into design solutions, and partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight customers while achieving measurable results. You balance creativity and usability with feasibility, ensuring that design decisions improve both the end-user experience and product effectiveness.In This Role, You Will Get ToUser Research & InsightsConduct user research like interviews and usability testing to uncover customer needs and pain pointsTranslate research findings into actionable insights in your designsAdvocate for the customer voice in product strategy and decision-makingExperience & Interaction DesignDesign user experiences, and interfaces that are simple, consistent, and accessibleCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsCollaboration with Product & EngineeringPartner with Product Managers to define problems, outcomes, and prioritiesCollaborate with Engineering Leads to align on technical constraints and opportunitiesParticipate in reviews, and demos to ensure designs are implemented to a high quality standardDesign Systems & StandardsApply and evolve design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure consistencyMaintain and document design assets for reuse across teamsChampion best practices in accessibility, usability, and inclusive designContinuous ImprovementMeasure and analyze design impact through user feedback, analytics, and product KPIsIterate designs based on data and feedback to improve customer experienceStay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologiesWho You Are3-5 years in product design, user experience, visual designYou are the advocate for the user, ensuring customer needs and experiences shape product direction and deliveryYou bridge user insights (research, testing, behavior data) with product execution (requirements, technical feasibility), ensuring solutions are both desirable and practicalYou are also a craft leader and collaborator, embedding design thinking into product development while raising the standard of usability, accessibility, and customer delightExperienced in designing intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces across web and mobile platformsSkilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping and designFamiliar with conducting and applying user research and usability testing insights to improve product designAble to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research teamsStrong advocate for accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and TrustThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
