This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a next-generation payroll product!You’ll join a global leading B2B software company at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with talented teams across the UK, Spain, and the US.Day Rate: £500 Inside IR35Based: UKContract Length: 6 MonthsAs a German-speaking designer, you’ll be instrumental in bridging communication with German-speaking stakeholders and ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of design projects and drive them from concept to executionCollaborate with global teams (Spain, Hyderabad) and key stakeholdersLead usability improvements and modernise the front-end experienceWork closely with product and engineering teams to implement user-centric solutionsCommunicate effectively in German and English with internal and external stakeholdersExperience & Skills:Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)Strong stakeholder management skills—able to align different teams and push initiatives forwardProven experience in leading UX/product design projectsAbility to work independently, make decisions, and drive project successExperience modernising and working on large-scale transformation projectsExperience working within a B2B SaaS organisationIf this sounds like you, APPLY NOW to be part of this exciting transformation!
