We strive to break the cycle between learning difficulties and mental health concerns, allowing students to succeed both academically and personally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Business & Product Lead located in Seoul, South Korea. The role involves overseeing global business operations, developing and executing strategic business plans, and contributing to product management and development. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring product alignment with customer needs and market demands. Tasks will also include collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams to optimize product impact and global business growth. Shape and execute Focuspang’s business and product strategy for both domestic and global marketsLead cross-functional collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams to deliver world-class classroom AI servicesBuild partnerships with education authorities, global EdTech firms, and public institutionsDrive product planning grounded in real classroom data and user feedbackIntegrate generative AI (GenAI) features such as teacher/student assistants, automated feedback, and adaptive contentManage project timelines, quality goals, and performance metrics (KPI/OKR)Craft marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand narratives across diverse education marketsRepresent Focuspang in international collaborations, events, and proposals, communicating fluently in English and KoreanQualificationsStrong Business Planning and Business skills, with experience in strategy development and implementation.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, partners, and clients.Proficient Analytical Skills for market analysis, product evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.Fluency in English and Korean, with strong cultural competency to work in a global and local context.Experience in mental health, education, or technology industries is a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred BackgroundDegree in Business, Education Technology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Psychology or related fieldsHands-on experience with AI or GenAI-based productsGlobal market or cross-cultural project experienceTrack record in education-related public projects or partnerships
