Forward Deployed Product Manager

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDP) to contribute to Sendbird’s vision to connect businesses and individuals, empowering them to achieve more than ever before. As the FDP, you will be responsible for leading high-impact customer deployments of our AI Agent platform—from pilot to production—while acting as the connective tissue between customer feedback and Sendbird’s core product roadmap.If you’d like to dive deeper, check out the podcast linked for more details! 🎧 LINKThis position will work closely with our customers across the APAC region and requires an ability to communicate in English.Who You AreYou have 2 -3 years of previous experience in a PM or other product-facing roleYou have a CS degree or other technical equivalentYou understand code but want to be more business-facingYou are a mission-driven builder who thrives at the edge of product, engineering, and customer success. You enjoy fast-paced environments, love solving messy problems, and have a strong desire to make an immediate impact through close collaboration with real users. You have the confidence to lead externally and the humility to learn quickly.You are spontaneous and adventurous - this role will require frequent travel, sometimes on short noticeWhat You Will DoWork directly with customers to understand their business needs and design production-grade agents that deliver measurable value.Capture insights from the field and turn them into clear feedback for product and engineering teams.Contribute to internal tooling and playbooks that enable faster and more reliable future deployments.What You BringTechnical familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, or agent-based systems.
