Product Management Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Cards & Payment Product Management team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest in credit card products and want exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle management within the financial services industry. 🎯 Key Responsibilities :🔹 Product Planning Support· Support the planning of credit card product features, pricing strategies, and customer benefits under guidance from senior product staff· Gather customer feedback and conduct preliminary market research to inform product decisions· Assist in drafting product briefs and supporting documentation for new features or product enhancements🔹 Product Lifecycle Activities· Coordinate and track tasks for product launches and updates across teams (Marketing, IT, Operations, etc.)· Assist in reviewing product documentation and support product testing prior to release· Maintain product content and collateral (e.g., benefit tables, Terms & Conditions)🔹 Data & Reporting· Collect and prepare basic performance reports (activation rates, spending trends, portfolio performance, etc.)· Track key product metrics and provide insights to senior product managers· Maintain dashboards or spreadsheets for performance monitoring🔹 Market & Competitive Research· Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer trend analysis· Summarize research findings into concise reports or presentations for internal stakeholders🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration· Work closely with Marketing on campaign logistics and onboarding materials· Support Risk & Compliance to ensure product materials reflect approved terms and disclosures🔹 Administrative Support· Organize meeting notes, product documentation, approvals, and audit trails· Maintain accurate version control for product updates and decisions ✅ Requirements· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferably in banking or financial services)· Basic understanding of credit card products· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint· Basic data analysis and reporting skills· Strong documentation and coordination skills· Good business writing skills· Strong communication and teamwork abilities· Proactive attitude and willingness to learn· High attention to detail and analytical thinking 💼 If you are eager to grow in the Cards & Payment industry and gain hands-on experience in product development and performance analysis, we would love to hear from you.
