With a fast-growing international footprint, KPay offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth and a chance to make a meaningful impact in the fintech space.ResponsibilitiesProduct Research Assistant:Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs and industry trends Assist in user persona development and user journey mapping Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.Product Management:Contribute to the preparation of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.Support Go-To-Market (GTM) launch activities and post-launch reviews.Product Analytics:Analyse product performance data to derive actionable insights Identify and track key metrics to measure product success.Assist in creating data visualisations and presenting findings to stakeholders.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communication, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Computer Science or a related field Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Proficiency in English and Chinese.
