Our org is focused on making it easier for employees to find, consume, and create company knowledge, streamlining collaboration between employees and enhancing employee productivity through AI-assisted workflows and automation.Product Management Leader - Enterprise Responsibilities:Reduce engineering development time: build solutions that enable engineering teams to leverage platforms and reusable capabilities to accelerate developmentStreamlining employee workflows related to time management and knowledge discovery, consumption, and creation, allowing Metamates to focus on their core expertiseLead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative productsDrive product development with a team of engineers and designersExplore innovative ways to leverage AI to enable employees to do their best workAttract, build, manage, and develop a team of product managers and application managers with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgroundsEstablish shared vision and drive complex strategy across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product executionIntegrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance employee satisfactionDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of productsUnderstand Meta's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industryMaximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the normMinimum Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Product Management8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and leadersCritical thinking/analytical leadership experienceExperience presenting to executive audiencesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with internal productivity toolsExperience with enterprise software productsExperience building 0-1 products, platform products, and/or AI productsAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
