Product Manager - Written Communication

A leading financial organization is seeking a Product Manager for its digital and written communication domain. The role involves leading and developing innovative products that enable smart and efficient customer communication - through chat, WhatsApp, email, and additional AI-based channels.Responsibilities:Lead and develop digital and written communication products, integrating advanced technologies and AI.Continuously monitor and improve customer journeys while identifying process gaps.Collaborate closely with technology teams in an Agile work environment.Analyze data and generate business insights using BI tools.Build partnerships and lead cross-organizational initiatives with multiple interfaces.Manage implementation, monitoring, and continuous innovation across digital communication channels.Requirements:Proven experience working with digital products and conversational channels (Chat / WhatsApp or other AI-based channels) - mandatory.Hands-on experience with or implementation of AI tools - mandatory.Experience managing cross-organizational projects in a matrix environment.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a passion for innovation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.Proficiency in BI and project management tools.
