Our platform spans several product lines in the desktop ecosystem, helping partners scale and users discover apps seamlessly.We are looking for an exceptional VP Product to lead the strategic growth and business success across multiple products and business lines.This is a hands-on leadership role from day one - building, leading, and scaling a fully functional business unit that drives measurable revenue and growth.The ideal candidate is a business-driven product leader who has successfully built and scaled products that made real money, increasing user base, engagement, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a multi-product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.Drive measurable growth in users, engagement, and product revenue.Build and lead a fully functional business unit from strategy to execution.Work hands-on to define, launch, and scale new products and business opportunities.Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact features and products.Identify monetization levers and implement strategies that maximize profitability and lifetime value.Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities and potential areas for expansion across desktop and mobile ecosystems.Represent the product and business strategy in executive discussions, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.Requirements8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product / VP Product).Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating products - you’ve made money from products you’ve owned.Hands-on operator with the ability to move from strategy to execution and team building.Experience in AdTech, Consumer Tech, or Mobile industries - must.Strong business acumen and deep understanding of monetization models and growth mechanics.Experience working in B2C and B2B environments (B2B2C advantage).Analytical mindset with proven ability to use data for decision-making and optimization.Excellent leadership and communication skills: capable of inspiring, aligning, and scaling cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, MBA - an advantage.Why Join Us?✨ Be part of a company operating multiple global products with massive growth potential🚀 Build a fully functional business unit from the ground up👥 Work hands-on with a talented, international team in our Raanana office📈 Own real business impact - from product vision to profitability🕤 Fixed hours: 09:30–18:30 in a fast-paced, creative environment📩 Apply Now: Send your CV to yaelogen@fcrp.io.
