About BirdyBirdy is an AI-powered meeting productivity platform that helps teams make meetings shorter and smarter. It integrates with Microsoft Teams to automate pre-meeting check-ins, generate AI-driven agendas, and summarize discussions from recordings and transcripts so teams can focus on real problem-solving, not status updates.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager with experience building B2B SaaS products especially in the 0-1 stage. Your role will primarily focus on onboarding process to begin with and moves on to activation and engagement. The right person should have strong analytical skills combines analytical thinking with strong execution and can work hands-on with the team to turn insights into shipped improvements.Contract DetailsDuration: 3 months (potential to extend)Hours: 40 hours per week, must work till 12pm EST/10:30pm ISTLocation: 100% RemoteResponsibilitiesUnderstand the Birdy product and the current onboarding and activation process.Identify friction points, suggest improvements and work with the team to define the options to consider.Research other SaaS products to learn from their onboarding and activation flows.Create process flows using tools like Whimsical or FigJam and document requirement documents.Develop clear requirements documents that translate ideas into actionable work for the team.Set up and maintain Mixpanel funnels to track onboarding and activation metrics.Define and track success metrics for onboarding and activation.Collaborate with the team to shape the product roadmap.Must HaveExperience working on B2B SaaS products in the 0 to 1 stage.Proven experience improving onboarding or activation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with Whimsical or FigJam.Experience with Mixpanel or willingness to learn and set it up independently.Ability to write requirements that are clear, specific, and implementable.Ability to learn from other products and bring structured ideas to the table.A sense of ownership and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team.
