We are looking for an experienced Product Manager-Central Asia Region. This role is key to support the region’s mission in building consumer and market relevant product portfolio.Job briefWe are seeking a passionate and execution-oriented Product Manager who will be the nodal point for product planning and execution. For this role, you will be a creative and quantitative thinker.The candidate should be familiar with product trends, competitor landscape, consumer demand shifts, and distribution channel dynamics (offline and online) and he/she should deliver the acumen to develop an actionable plan towards profitable growth.This position also requires proven relationship management, multi-level communication skills and a high degree of organization.Responsibilities:Product Value assessment through benchmarking.Trends analysis of a wide range of country footprints in Central Asia Region.Propose product lineups through downstream logic building.Plan and execute through distributors the product & marketing related initiatives (e.g., Price Comparison, Specification planning & USP creation, supporting consumer research initiated by the RHQ, Terminal Display Execution, Product Flooring, Go-to-market planning, Value Chain pricing, etc.)Work with various teams (design, content, product, sales) to ensure all projects are aligned with the guidelines and executed within the timelines.Help the sales management in creation of sales plan and channel penetration plan.Work closely with distributor`s team for all marketing and channel initiatives.Communicate the vision and value of new products to the channel and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.Review inventory levels and ensure product availability in all channels.Track sell-out data in each of the channels and report periodicallyRequirements: Proven experience as sale and marketing/product manager/channel manager for at least 3-5 years in the home appliances industry in the same region.Analytical mind and strong quantitative skillsEfficiency in English and RussianProficient in related software’s especially Microsoft OfficeBSc/BA in Marketing, Communications is an advantage.Digital marketing skills is an advantage.
