Within RBS, the Wealth & Private Team is responsible for the full spectrum of a customer’s wealth needs. It comprises teams focussed on wealth creation and wealth protection, ranging from mass market to mass affluent to high-net-worth customer segments.Do work that mattersAs a Product Manager Micro-investing, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of initiatives to grow our customer base and improve the customer experience. This may include working with cross-functional teams on the micro-investing product roadmap, delivery of digital experiences/features, product governance and partner management activities, as well as driving continuous improvement to ensure the product meets customer needs and risks are managed effectively.On any given day you willExecute against the product strategy, objectives, roadmap and growth opportunities within the Micro-investing space.Build an understanding of customer needs to identify and prioritise new opportunities for growth or features supporting the product vision.Stay abreast of external market trends, regulations and innovations to deliver a market leading product and customer experience.Work collaboratively with other Crew and Squad members to solve customer and business problems within an Agile frameworkUse and analyse data insights to grow the products and optimise the customer experience and profitability.Be accountable for understanding and monitoring the end-to-end product risk and regulatory environment.We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who HaveExposure to Retail Banking or Investing products with a background in product management, digital delivery or distributionAbility to take ownership of work and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environmentAbility to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisionsDemonstrated experience managing products across the lifecycle from concept to end of lifeStrong internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong time management, organisational and confident presentation skillsExperience in Agile ceremonies and project tracking platforms (JIRA)Sound commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilitySound problem solving capabilityIf you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
