Compuware Technology offers highly reliable and efficient power supplies that meet the highest performance and sustainability standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager located in San Jose, CA, with work from home acceptable before the office is being setup. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product vision and strategy, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Daily tasks include market analysis, product lifecycle management, coordinating product launches, and continuous performance monitoring.QualificationsUnderstanding Power Supplies, with minimum of 3 years prior working experieince in power supply industry or related field.Experience in product lifecycle management and defining product vision and strategySkilled in conducting market analysis and aligning products with market trendsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee product developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience in the information technology or green technology sectors is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
