Every individual who joins us contributes to shaping solutions that empower businesses and redefine industry standards.As a Product Manager[AL1] , you’ll own the roadmap and execution for one or more product areas, ensuring initiatives align with business goals, deliver customer impact, and scale effectively across our platform.Key Responsibilities:Define and deliver the product roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and strategic prioritiesAct as the voice of the customer, using data, feedback, and market research to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and define success metricsTranslate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements (PR/FAQs, user stories, acceptance criteria)Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, design, and operations to deliver high-quality features on time and within scopeDrive execution from concept to launch, including stakeholder alignment, sprint planning, release readiness, and post-launch analysisMeasure performance through usage data, feedback loops, and key performance indicators to guide continuous improvementFacilitate clear communication, documenting and presenting updates to stakeholders at multiple levelsContribute to process improvement, refining how the product team plans, delivers, and measures successChampion eCapital’s leadership principles, earning trust, thinking big, delivering results, and maintaining a bias for actionRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial servicesProven ability to deliver customer-facing products or platform capabilities from concept to launchStrong understanding of APIs, SaaS architectures, and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication and documentation skills — able to translate between technical and business audiencesDemonstrated ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and make data-informed trade-offsExperience working in an agile or iterative development environmentPreferred Qualifications:Background in lending technology, embedded finance, or payment systemsExperience with data analytics, AI/ML features, or automation-driven productsFamiliarity with financial regulations, compliance, or underwriting workflowsTrack record of improving customer satisfaction, efficiency, or adoption metricsWe Bring:Annual Bonus IncentivesPTOHealth, Dental, and Life BenefitsRRSP MatchingAbundant professional development opportunities at a growing and thriving Fintech company!eCapital Culture:At eCapital, we're not just a funding provider—we're a strategic partner built for what's next.
