Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVEResponsible for the management of product life cycle from pre to mature product phase - management, brand planning and commercialization. The product manager will be in charge in sustaining product entry and growth.The role reports directly to the Marketing Head and Public AffairsKey Responsibilities:·        Planning and executing strategic business and marketing plans and all marketing activities, in coordination with internal stakeholders·        Ensuring achievement of brand targets, product growth and market share (MS)·        Analyzes product sales performance, products margins and profitability, sales computations & recommends action plans to grow sales/product categories ·        Development of marketing promotional tools and advertising assets·        Provide training and presentations to various departments·        Medical support in KOL activities, congresses, and other medical related events·        Discussion partner for first, second and third-line professionals such as HCPs and other medical professionals·        Manage financial responsibility for advertising and promotions (A&P)·        Adherence to company SOP and internal complianceKey Accountabilities:·        Achievement of Brand and Sales Targets·        Development and Execution of Marketing Plans·        Budget Management·        Cross-Functional Collaboration·        Market Research and Insights·        Launch of New Products·        Digital Marketing and Promotional Tools·        Stakeholder Engagement Key Requirements:·        Bachelor’s Degree of any related course.·        Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.·        More than 2 years of experience in marketing·        Experienced in OB products and proficient in OB promotion with strong OB network, an advantage.·        Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.·        Proficient in customer and market insight.·        Experience in marketing execution and monitoring.·        Analytical skills, with the ability to perform data correlation and triangulate data from various sources.·        Digital marketing capabilities·        Good interpersonal skills, collaboration/negotiation skills.·        Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.·        Solution-oriented and resourceful.·        Sound decision-making skills and self-motivated.
