Ready to Press Play on Potential?Let's start with the roleThe Rewards and Communications team, part of the Gaming and Rewards department, operates as a cross-functional unit supporting both the Gaming and Sportsbook verticals. The team owns the end-to-end rewards and incentive mechanics across the business, with full responsibility for the bonus experience, player engagement, community initiatives, and customer communications. As a key driver of customer activation and loyalty, the team directly influences more than half of the company’s total revenue.We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Rewards and Communications domain. In this role, you will work closely with Commercial teams to define and deliver initiatives that elevate player engagement and retention, ensuring we provide a best-in-class rewarding experience within the iGaming industry.
