Please share your resume today!Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to develop new AI-enabled processesContinuously work with Subject Matter Experts to refine processes to provide consistent resultsUnderstand Green Street's business domains and help identify areas where AI can enhance efficiency or provide new capabilitiesWork within and help expand an innovative, established customer-facing AI platformBe an active participant in architectural discussionsDrive a strong engineering culture of innovation and continuous improvement Candidate Profile 3-5 years experience in a software engineering role including 1-3 years of experience in an AI-focused role, having built end-to-end AI-enabled processesIntermediate knowledge of C# and/or PythonExperience with Large Language Model (LLM) advanced prompting techniques (chain-of-thought, self-calibration, prompt chaining, etc.) as well as advanced features such as Function (Tool) Calling, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and Agent OrchestrationGenerate, curate, and refine training data for fine-tuning and improving LLM models or Machine Learning tasksBachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcampStrong SQL Skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar)Enjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate impeccable attention to detailProficiency with GitProficiency with API development and Data PipelinesNice-to-HavesExperience with Microsoft Semantic Kernel and ML.NETExperience in Natural Language Processing techniquesNeo4J Graph Database experienceVector Databases experience (such as QDrant or similar)Familiarity with event streaming architecture using Apache Kafka or similarExperience with AI-assisted search, anomaly detection, and/or recommendation enginesCompensation, Benefits And Work AuthorizationIn addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
