You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge AI innovation with real-world operations.Job DescriptionLead the full product lifecycle from ideation and design to launch and continuous optimization for AI-powered collection platforms.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making through LLM and AI Agent integration.Deeply understand the operation flow and risk strategy to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement.Leverage data insights, experimentation, and feedback loops to improve system performance and business outcomes.Work cross-functionally with business, risk, operations, engineering, and data science teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field.Proven experience in product management or AI product development; familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or multi-agent systems preferred.Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, experience in operations, backend, or AI-related systems preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across global and regional teams, including teams in China.Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about applying LLMs and AI Agents to optimize workflows and deliver real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
