Each year, hundreds of millions of tests are prescribed, yet the way imaging is facilitated in America is fundamentally broken. Medmo is an all-encompassing platform for orchestrating medical imaging exams for physicians, patients, and imaging centers. By creating the connective tissue between top imaging centers and providers, we ensure that our patients receive affordable, high-quality care while enabling our ordering providers to order, track, and obtain exam results with more efficiency. We're leveraging our proprietary software, built with a modern stack on AWS, to enhance operational efficiencies and build the next generation of AI-driven care coordination workflows. About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our core platform initiatives. Reporting directly to our CEO, this role is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in healthcare, patient-facing technology, and workflow orchestration. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our patient engagement platform and care coordination platform, focusing on improving the patient experience and agent workflow while ultimately driving operational efficiencies across the business.Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the product vision and strategy for our patient engagement and care coordination workflow, ensuring it aligns with Medmo's overall business goals.Patient Engagement Focus: Deeply understand the patient journey and identify opportunities to improve communication, reduce friction, and enhance the overall experience through technology.Call Center Technology Expertise: Translate business needs into technical requirements for our call center tools and telephony systems (e.g., TalkDesk, ContactCenter). Prioritize features that improve agent efficiency, enhance call routing, and integrate with our core software.Care Coordination Workflows: Become an expert in Medmo care workflows and identify opportunities to enhance, automate, or remove redundant workstreams with various solutions, including AIRoadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to guide product development from conception to launch.Data-Driven Decisions: Define key metrics, analyze data, and conduct user research to inform product decisions and measure the success of launched features.Qualifications: Experience: 3-5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.Healthcare Industry: Direct experience working in the healthcare industry is required. An understanding of HIPAA and patient data regulations is essential.Patient Engagement & UX: Experience designing and managing products focused on patient-facing experiences.Contact Center Technology: Strong familiarity with call center technologies, including telephony systems (e.g., TalkDesk, ContactCenter), IVR, and CRM integrations.Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.Location: Must be able to commute to NYC based office, although this is a hybrid roleBonus Skills:AI Technology: Experience with AI voice, phone dialers, and prompt engineering to enhance patient communication and operational efficiency.Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL to analyze data and inform product decisions.Benefits:Impactful Work: Make a tangible difference in the healthcare industry by improving the patient experience and streamlining a critical part of Medmo’s operations.Executive Exposure:  Reporting to the CTO, you’ll also work closely with the CEO and various executive stakeholdersGrowth Opportunities: Join a fast-growing company with ample opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Collaborative Environment: Work with a talented and passionate team that values innovation and collaboration.Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and stock options.Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
