A Product Manager will own a suite of TradePending products, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution from discovery through delivery and adoption.You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer and VP of Product Management to execute the company’s product strategy — translating vision into actionable roadmaps, validating new concepts through customer research, and driving successful delivery and go-to-market execution.This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on PM who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap for your assigned area, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.Conduct customer discovery and market analysis through interviews, data insights, and win/loss feedback to uncover problems and validate opportunities.Collaborate with design and engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality features that deliver measurable value.Depending on team structure and product scope, may lead or partner with a Product Owner within an agile team — reviewing and validating user stories, refining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery through sprint execution.Partner with the CPO, VP of Product, Sales, and Marketing to refine product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.Drive launch readiness closely with Product Operations, Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success — ensuring internal teams are equipped with product knowledge, messaging, and enablement materials.Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to guide iteration and continuous improvement.Act as a champion for the customer, ensuring TradePending products consistently deliver ease, transparency, and trust for dealers and their consumers.Contribute to product team process improvements, helping to strengthen how we plan, build, and launch products across the organization.RequirementsWhat Your Bring:5–10+ years of SaaS product management experience, ideally in B2B or platform-based environments.Proven success delivering new products or major enhancements from concept through launch.Strong skills in customer discovery, prioritization, and cross-functional communication.Experience working in agile development environments preferred with close collaboration between design and engineering; experience working in JIRA preferred.Ability to translate customer insights and business needs into clear, actionable product plans.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.Success In This RoleYou maintain a validated, customer-informed roadmap aligned with TradePending’s strategic goals.New product launches are delivered on time, with strong internal alignment and measurable adoption.Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams are well-equipped to position and support your products.You leverage data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable outcomes.You embody a customer-first mindset and help strengthen TradePending’s product culture.
