And the team shaping that future is looking for talent like you.If you are a product manager who is customer obsessed, loves complexity & scale, wants your work to impact every customer touching Azure, M365, Dynamics, Security, and Industry Clouds and is being part of this transformation — this is your arena.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Manager in this team, you will:Develop and execute product strategies for Enterprise Commerce platform, including product vision, roadmap, feature sets, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders.Define and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, competitive analysis, and user feedback to deliver customer-centric solutions.Communicate product value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences, including executives, customers, partners, analysts, and media.Drive product adoption and growth by identifying and addressing customer pain points, creating compelling value propositions, and delivering engaging product experiences.Qualifications8+ years of software product & program management experience, including at least 3 years or equivalent experience in building enterprise grade B2B products and services.Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and MBA from premium institute is preferred.Ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders.Experience in enterprise commerce, billing, subscription management, or related domainsStrong collaboration skills to impact/influence engineering and cross functional teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Builds upon a strong team ethos and embodies company and division values, cultivating a culture based in diversity, inclusion, growth mindset, and customer obsession.
