You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate user and market insights into products that deliver measurable value.This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the full product lifecycle — from strategy, research, and roadmap planning to launch and continuous improvement.Oversee the successful delivery of ongoing and upcoming digital product initiatives.Define clear product goals, success metrics, and actionable deliverables aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business operations, to deliver quality solutions.Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and guide product direction.Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of features and updates.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing progress reports and managing expectations.Continuously evaluate product performance to identify areas for optimization and innovation.Requirements5–8 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within technology, SaaS, or platform-driven environments.Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience in startups or fast-paced environments where adaptability and ownership are critical.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.Background in or exposure to the mobility, transportation, or logistics industry is a significant advantage.Technical background or prior experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
