Identify and own big pricing & revenue bets: Lead org-wide initiatives that reshape how we monetize the platformOwn the pricing, promotion and revenue product roadmap: Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on impact, effort, and alignment with company strategy. Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitabilityLead cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on timeDrive execution: Translate product ideas into clear requirements and user stories, and manage delivery through agile development cycles. Assist in creating promotional campaigns, and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysisMeasure success: Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate on the product based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback. Customer obsession: Advocate for users by conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to ensure the best customer experienceStakeholder management: Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to leadership and key stakeholders.
