工作职责 负责量化交易工具，金融衍生品等产品的需求设计 负责用户增长转化场景的需求设计 通过用户反馈，数据分析等维度持续迭代产品，使产品在行业内具有竞争力 职位要求 对web3行业或交易有浓厚的兴趣 5年以上互联网产品或金融产品经验，有千万级用户产品经验或从0到1构建一个业务者优先 大学英语6级以上或同等水平，有口语沟通能力者优先 适应创业公司节奏，有强大的自驱能力 本科及以上学历，985/双一流院校或有留学经历者优先
