Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative digital financial products.Responsibilities:Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Gather and translate business and customer needs into clear requirements.Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality products.Ensure compliance with banking regulations (KYC, AML, data protection).Analyze product performance and identify new market opportunities.Requirements:Min. 3 years as Product Manager in fintech or banking.Strong knowledge of payments, lending, or digital banking.Experience in full product lifecycle & Agile/Scrum.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).Fluent in English.Preferred:Experience with APIs, digital onboarding, or mobile banking.Understanding of KYC/AML and UX/UI best practices.
