Job Description

Your missionTo own day-to-day product management for Track Titan's AI racing coaching platform at a pivotal moment for our product organisation. You will be the voice of the user, the bridge between engineering and our community, and the person who turns product intuition into data-driven decisions. What you will do:Own the product day-to-day. Take ownership of the product lifecycle – from discovery and speccing through delivery and measurement. Introduce the right processes (PRDs, well-maintained backlogs, clear specs) without creating unnecessary overhead for a team our size (seed stage, Be the voice of the user. Deeply understand our users – who they are, what they need, why they stay, and where they struggle. Champion the user's perspective in every product conversation, even when it challenges internal assumptions. Drive user research and discovery – from interviews and usability testing to building personas and segmenting our audience – and make sure we hear from all of them, not just the most vocal.Build our product analytics capability. We're investing heavily in instrumentation and understanding how users actually engage with the product. You'll define the metrics that matter for every feature, set up frameworks for measuring adoption and retention, and ensure decisions are evidence-based rather than opinion-based.Set product direction with leadership. Work closely with the CTPO and CEO to translate high-level vision and strategy into a concrete, well-prioritised roadmap. You’ll be a key partner in translating and refining the vision and roadmap into what we actually build, when, and why – and you'll push back when the user's perspective demands it.Bridge engineering and community. Work hand-in-hand with the engineering team to ensure what gets built matches what users need. Collaborate closely with our community manager and customer support team to turn qualitative feedback into product insight. At a company our size, you'll be at the centre of everything, wearing many different hats.Help shape the product function. We're at an inflection point for how product works at Track Titan, and you'll play a significant role in defining what that looks like going forward – the processes, the frameworks, and the culture of how we build product. This role comes with significant room to grow as the function evolves.Your profile3+ years of product management experience, ideally with at least some of that time at an early-stage startup or within a small, high-autonomy product team. You've owned a product area end-to-end – not just written tickets. The 3+ years is a guideline, not a hard rule, if you can convince us why you have the right experience.Strong B2C product experience. You've built products for consumers and understand the nuances – engagement loops, retention, community dynamics, and the difference between what users say they want and what they actually need.Hands-on with product analytics. You've set up or significantly contributed to product instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar). You can define metrics frameworks, run analyses, and make a compelling case from data. Ideally, you've done this in an environment where analytics didn't exist yet and you had to build it up.Experience across more than one product organisation is a strong plus. We value PMs who've seen different ways of doing things and understand the principles behind the processes, rather than being attached to a single company's playbook or a specific set of frameworks.Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping things. Our product function is evolving, and you'll have a major hand in defining how it works. If you need a fully established process to plug into, this isn't the right fit. If you get excited about having real influence over how product is done, we should talk.Strong communicator with conviction, empathy, and clarity – especially in writing. You'll work closely with a deeply domain-expert founder and a technical CTPO. That means you need the backbone to disagree and advocate for users, and the empathy to do it in a way that builds trust. As a partially remote team, clear and high-quality written communication is essential to how we work – from specs and PRDs to async discussions.Motorsport passion or experience is a strong plus – but not a firm requirement. Some of our team are professional racing drivers. Others came in as fans or curious newcomers and went deep. What matters is genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn. If you join, you'll be expected to immerse yourself deeply in this world – understanding our users means understanding their obsession.Based in or willing to travel to London regularly. London-based is ideal. UK-based with regular London presence works well. For exceptional candidates, we'll consider a broader Europe-based arrangement.Fluent with AI tools in your daily workflow. You already use LLMs and AI-powered tools to move faster – whether for research, writing, analysis, or prototyping. We're an AI company and we expect everyone to work like one. What this role is not:A delivery or ticket management role – you'll shape what we build, not just track itA rigid, process-heavy corporate PM position – we need structure, but the lightweight kindA solo mission – you'll be working closely with the leadership and engineering from day oneWhy us?Shape the product function at a defining moment. We're at an inflection point – evolving how we do product, investing in analytics and quality, and looking for someone who wants to be at the centre of that. You'll have real influence over how product works here, with significant room to grow as we scale.A genuinely unique product challenge. We're building AI coaching on top of one of the most distinctive datasets in sports tech – millions of laps of telemetry across thousands of car/track combinations. The product problems here are unlike anything you'll find elsewhere.Join the only motorsport startup in the world backed by tier-one VCsWork on cutting-edge tech, campaigns, and partnerships that reach users across the globe 24/7Join a team of fellow motorsport fans and sim racers who have backgrounds in top startups, sports data science, tier-one consulting, and professional motorsportQuarterly learning day and budgetFull remote/office flexibility according to what works for you, with a great London HQGenerous options package as a key early employeePrivate pension (for UK employees)Private health insurance (for UK employees)About UsWant to build the "Strava for Motorsport"?At Track Titan, we are building the “Strava for Motorsport” by combining AI driver coaching with community and social features. With a user-base in the hundreds of thousands and millions of laps processed, Track Titan is already the dominant simracing coaching platform and we have big plans to go further.
