The position will be responsible for building products from existing ideas or helping develop new ones based on their experience, representing the interests and needs of customers, prospects, and partners.What You Will DoDevelops product strategies and plans to increase overall usage and user satisfactionAssists in the translation of business goals and objectives into a concrete strategy and tactical planAssesses and specifies market requirements for current and future products through conducting market research and on-going discussions with internal clients and client-facing teamsManages the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical executionDevelops, implements, and manages product features in collaboration with development partnersPrepares detailed and comprehensive product requirements and statements of workProvides feedback on product costs and budget impactPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience QualificationsTypically 2+ yearsSkills And AbilitiesExcellent communication skillsAbility to communicate with employees at all levels of the organizationSolid knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment lawsExcellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteTravel Requirements25%Work EnvironmentWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
