Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in embedded software and commercial strategy to lead Tuxera’s flagship filesystem products, including exFAT, NTFS, and HFS+. You will own the full product lifecycle — from market insight and product vision to commercial success — and work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to define and execute product strategies that drive growth in global markets.This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives on connecting deep technical understanding with commercial success in global embedded markets. Your work will directly influence how billions of devices around the world store and manage data — from cars to spacecraft.What You’ll DoOwn the business success of exFAT, NTFS, and HFS+ products, including go-to-market strategy, P&L, and revenue growth targets.Translate customer and market insights into a data-driven product strategy and roadmap that delivers measurable customer value.Collaborate with engineering teams to define clear, technically sound requirements for embedded software integrations across multiple platforms.Develop and execute go-to-market and partner strategies with sales and marketing to increase adoption and expand into new embedded and automotive markets.Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, identifying differentiators and supporting the development of Tuxera’s unique value proposition.Build commercial cases for new features, partnerships, and market entries, ensuring prioritization aligns with company strategy.Evangelize your products internally and externally, ensuring that the value proposition and business impact are clearly communicated.What We’re Looking ForProven experience (3+ years) in product management of embedded software, storage, or system-level technologies.Strong commercial mindset — proven track record in defining pricing, market entry, and business cases for technical products.Solid understanding of embedded software ecosystems, including OS integration, hardware constraints, and OEM partnerships.Strong analytical and strategic thinking — ability to assess opportunities and make data-driven prioritization decisions.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across engineering, sales, and executive teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.Experience in mission-critical industries automotive, defence & aerospace, smart energy, industrial or data storage industries is a plus.Our valuesAt Tuxera, our values reflect how we build a customer-first culture:Your success is our mission – We put customers at the center of every decision.Partnerships are built on trust – We act with openness, transparency, and collaboration.We make it work – together – We grow as one team, strengthened by diversity and inclusion.About TuxeraTuxera is a global leader in quality-assured data storage, networking, and encryption software that powers billions of devices, vehicles, and data-driven systems worldwide.
