Since 1995, we've made our software with tender loving care for over 300 customers worldwide.We are now looking for a new Solution Manager for our water utility asset management solution.Our water utility solution combines KeyAqua, our world-leading cloud-based Network Information System (NIS), with other Keypro capabilities and services to deliver a comprehensive view of water network assets. It helps water utilities manage and maintain their infrastructure efficiently, plan investments wisely, and ensure reliable service delivery to their customers.As a Solution Manager, you will oversee the full solution lifecycle – from strategy and roadmap definition to implementation and customer success. You will ensure that our solution evolves to meet market needs, integrates seamlessly across Keypro’s portfolio, and delivers measurable value to our customers.In this role, you will… Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitor insights to guide solution strategy and positioning. Define and maintain the solution roadmap while working closely with management team to ensure that solution strategy and priorities are mapped to business objectives. Elicit requirements to detailed functional specifications for solution enhancements and additions. Support sales, marketing, and delivery teams with deep understanding of the solution’s capabilities, benefits, and differentiators. Evangelize Keypro’s water utility asset management solution to internal and external stakeholders, customers, and partners.Our ideal candidate is... Experienced in water networks and how they are being built, operated, maintained, and managed both in theory and in practice. Knows how Geographical Information Systems and water network management software are used in Water Utilities. Genuinely interested in software and creating innovative software solutions. Equipped with sharp brainpower and work ethic, a bit of entrepreneurialism and a team-oriented attitude.And Has Most Of These Skills And Abilities… Practical insight into usability and user experience design. Ability to describe and present complex technical or methodological concepts in a clear and easily understandable way. Good, written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
