General ResponsibilitiesThe Product Manager is responsible for the PnL of the product/s that he/she handles. Therole sets direction for the product go-to-market with the strategic objective to generaterevenues for the Company.Duties & Responsibilities Revenue generation - Ensures that the Sales team can effectively sell the product; Helps Sales in crafting proposals/solution offering and close deals. Product SME – Acts as the pre-sales support to Sales; Does client presentations with Sales Product viability - Maintains the competitiveness and relevance of the product – defines pricing and offering, draws the product roadmap and innovations. Operational efficiency - Functionally oversees delivery operations that directly affectPnL. Marketing and lead generation – Positions the product in the market. Generates passive and active leads. Handles telemarketing. Provides sales collateral – product decks and sales materials. Expansion of product portfolio – launches new viable products as a new revenue stream for Yondu. Partner Management – Manages 3rd party partners – principals and vendors adjacent to the product Equips the Sales team through Product Training Leads product strategy, GTMMinimum QualificationsJob Specifications: Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines Related Experience – Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Product Management Strength on B to B and B to B to C product marketing Exposure on IT related product/services Skills – Presentation Skills and Microsoft OfficeSoft Skills Above average communication skills Excellent customer service Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Able to work independently and in a team environment
