Product Manager - App Experience & Ecosystem Growth, MariBank (formerly SeaBank)

Job DescriptionLead and coordinate integration projects with various ecosystem partners for the MariBank (formerly SeaBank) app.Own and continuously improve the app’s user experience based on business and user requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and present business requirements to business and regulatory stakeholders.Prepare the business requirements document and present it to business and regulatory stakeholders.Develop and execute test cases for new features; identify, track, and resolve issues with the regional Product Team.Support Production Support Teams and other Product Managers in configuring app UI settings via backoffice systems.Act as a subject matter expert for app functionalities, preparing and delivering training sessions to operational teams.Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge management articles are updated accurately based on new features and processes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other similar fieldsWith at least 2 years of experience in Product Management or other related roles (Systems, Business Analyst, Product Testing)Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in both spoken and written English Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectivelyGood analytical and logical thinking skillsGood collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
