This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, turning insights into well-executed solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to guide initiatives from discovery through launch.Key Responsibilities:• Lead product discovery by analyzing customer insights, market signals, and usage data to identify opportunities.• Translate findings into clear problem definitions and detailed product requirements.• Partner with design and engineering to shape solutions that align with business goals and user needs.• Drive the full product lifecycle—from roadmap planning to release execution.• Prioritize work using data and impact-based reasoning; manage trade-offs across scope, schedule, and quality.• Participate actively in sprint planning, product reviews, and QA cycles to ensure high-quality releases.• Maintain alignment across stakeholders by communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.• Resolve cross-team blockers and support smooth, timely delivery.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.• 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles (business analysis, project management, etc.).• Proven experience leading end-to-end digital product development in Agile environments.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Notion, ClickUp, and Figma.• Deep interest in technology and building products that deliver clear user value.Preferred Qualifications• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.• Experience in startup or scale-up environments.• Familiarity with UX research and usability testing.• Understanding of AI technologies and tools.• Technical fluency when working with engineering teams.• Certifications in Scrum, Agile Product Management, or Project Management.
