We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive our product strategy and inventory management.Role OverviewThe Product Marketing Executive will play a critical role in our product management and marketing operations. This role is primarily focused on analyzing inventory, monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-selling items, introducing new products, and managing orders for specific sub-categories. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on data analysis, has a keen eye for market trends, and possesses strong organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Analysis: Regularly analyze inventory data to identify fast-selling items and slow-moving stock.Stock Monitoring: Continuously monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory is maintained and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.New Product Introduction: Research and identify potential new products to introduce to our portfolio, aligning with market trends and customer demands.Ordering Management: Handle the ordering process for specific sub-categories, ensuring timely replenishment of stock.Market Trends Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement, sales, and marketing teams to align product strategies and inventory management.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, product performance, and market trends to senior management.QualificationsDiploma in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in inventory management, product analysis, or a related role.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Preferred QualificationsExperience in the safety/hardware industry is a plus.Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Collaborative and supportive team culture.
