Fluvio is hiring a Product Marketing Manager on Impellam Group. Impellam Group is reimagining how professionals experience flexible work with AI.As the Product Marketing Manager for Talent Experience in North America, you’ll define how our new digital platform will connect with and deliver value to the talent community, ensuring our products, messaging, and experiences resonate deeply with professionals across high-impact and technical fields.Working in close collaboration with global teams, you’ll adapt global positioning and messaging for the North American market while continuously bringing back market intelligence, talent insights, and performance learnings to shape global strategy and roadmap priorities. You’ll be the connective tissue between what we build and what talent truly needs, turning insights into narratives, content, and product experiences that strengthen engagement and advocacy.This is a strategic and collaborative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer experience, equally fluent in insight synthesis, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment.This is a full-time role that can be based in Atlanta in the United States.Key responsibilities: Refine and localize positioning: Adapt global product narratives, messaging frameworks, and value propositions to reflect the motivations, goals, and pain points of U.S.-based professionals.Champion the voice of talent: Gather insights through qualitative and quantitative research, user interviews, and platform analytics to understand what drives satisfaction, trust, and belonging.Shape product-market fit: Partner with Product and Experience teams to translate regional feedback into feature prioritization, content strategy, and onboarding design.Develop product storytelling assets: Create clear, consistent messaging for platform features, updates, and benefits that strengthen our value promise to talent.Enable cross-functional alignment: Ensure regional teams, from Brand and Comms to Product and Experience, have the tools, messaging, and insights they need to communicate with talent effectively.Support launches and adoption: Collaborate with the Global PMM and Product team to roll out new experiences in-platform, ensuring regional relevance and resonance.Establish insight feedback loops: Build structured processes for collecting and sharing market intelligence, competitor trends, and talent sentiment with global and regional stakeholders.Drive customer engagement and community building: Foster vibrant digital communities, events, and advocacy programs that strengthen connections with customers and talent, leveraging feedback to fuel continuous improvement and loyalty.Measure resonance and perception: Track brand and product perception metrics (NPS, satisfaction, trust, brand favorability) to inform future campaigns and platform design.Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:At Impellam, it is our moral obligation to safeguard each other, our customers, our temporary workforce and the environment by operating an injury-free, healthy workplace that minimizes our environmental impact.Impellam is committed to providing a safe and secure working environment to all employees and promote best practices.You will meet our HSE obligations by committing to:Seek to prevent injury to any employee, customer, worker, or contractor.Actively participating and completing compliance training as required.Consider the safety implications of decisions.Education and qualification Essential:High School Diploma, GED/ GSCEs / A Levels or equivalent credentialsDesired:Bachelor’s degree preferred, but can be substituted for applicable experienceWork experience and attributes:Essential:6–8 years of product marketing experience in B2C, marketplace, or HR tech environments.Proven track record translating global positioning into localized strategies and messaging.Strong background in user research, audience segmentation, and insight-driven storytelling.Experience influencing product roadmaps through market and customer insight.Champion of AI-enabled transformation and emerging technologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and regional teams.Strategic thinker with strong writing and narrative development skills.Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot for campaign coordination and feedback management.Bonus Skills:Experience marketing to contingent or STEM talent communities.Understanding of marketplace dynamics and platform ecosystems.Exposure to brand perception tracking, sentiment analysis, or behavioral research.
