Lead end-to-end marketing campaign planning and execution for Sumerge's Digital Experience and Modernization offeringsDevelop and implement multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, events, PR, and partner ecosystemsManage content strategy and production — case studies, whitepapers, videos, brochures, and success storiesDrive thought leadership and PR initiatives to position Sumerge as a regional authority in digital transformationBuild and maintain GTM playbooks, product messaging, and positioning frameworks aligned with business prioritiesCollaborate with Product and Delivery teams to translate technical capabilities into market-ready value propositionsPartner with Sales and Presales to develop enablement tools (sales decks, battlecards, one-pagers, playbooks)Plan and execute executive events, webinars, and customer showcases that highlight modernization outcomesManage marketing performance dashboards, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on analyticsOversee regional alignment of campaigns across Egypt, UAE, KSA, Qatar, and GCC marketsEnsure brand consistency and storytelling quality across all internal and external touchpointsStay informed on market trends, competitors, and modernization technologies to refine strategy and messagingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications3-5 years of experience in product or campaign marketing within IT, SaaS, or digital transformation environmentsProven experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysisProficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordinglyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns
