MICIT group - Ocoda agency is hiring a Sales Specialist.Website: www.ocoda.comLocation: Dokki-Giza (Totally On-site)Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through calls, meetings, networking, and online channels. Conduct needs analysis to deeply understand client requirements and propose tailored Ocoda marketing and digital solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (Zoho CRM). Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure lead quality and optimize conversion rates. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support product/service development. Mentor and support junior sales staff when required. Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience. Work experience as a Sales Specialist in the #marketing field. Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience. Knowledge of #CRM software and MS Office. (MS Excel in particular) Understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
