We specialize in food and consumer product delivery services across international markets, guided by our mission: "We help people eat better, live better."Following our successful launch in Hong Kong in 2023 and full market entry into Saudi Arabia, we are now expanding into the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar as part of our continued global growth.Responsibilities:Lead the iteration and optimization of internal sales and operations tools by providing effective product solutions and coordinating with sales, product, technical, and other relevant teams to ensure successful feature launches and implementations.Manage product projects, collaborating with various departments to drive progress, ensure project outcomes align with business goals, and enhance overall efficiency.Conduct product feature training sessions, develop comprehensive user manuals, and support the sales team in mastering product functionalities.Requirements:2–3 years of experience in managing and operating B/C-side products; familiarity with SaaS, CRM, and other B-side tools is a plus.Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with experience in demand research and analysis; SQL knowledge is an advantage.Excellent command of English (spoken and written) with strong communication and collaboration skills.At Keeta, we foster an innovative and collaborative environment that values creativity and teamwork.
