The strong traction of our app shows just how strong the need for trustworthy guidance is, and how deeply we can understand the realities modern families navigate every day.We’re now looking for a Product Owner who will strengthen our team and take true ownership of our product. Someone who works methodically, translates user insights into clear priorities, shapes product strategy, and drives cross-functional execution to deliver meaningful, user-centric features.If you want to shape a product that guides families through some of the most important years of life, we’d love to meet you.TasksOwn the product roadmap and help establish a product-market-fit.Deeply understand our users by analyzing data, talking to families, and working with our scientific advisory board.Help our product grow with families: Extend the journey from pregnancy to elementary school age and ensure that the family profile entails all relevant information.Define and track product success metrics to inform strategy and guide decisions.Work closely with engineering and design to define requirements, refine solutions, and ensure smooth delivery.Run discovery and validation cycles to test assumptions, prototype ideas, and ensure we build what users truly need.Collaborate on monetization topics, helping shape conversion flows, pricing experiments, and revenue-driving features.RequirementsProven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in an early-stage environment.Strong ability to translate user insights into clear priorities and actionable product decisions.Excellent skills in writing user stories, structuring backlogs, and collaborating closely with engineering and design.Comfortable running discovery cycles, testing hypotheses, and validating assumptions.A genuine interest in families, parenting, or early childhood development.Ideally: experience in Digital Health, FemTech, or another regulated environment.Ideally: based in Berlin (or able to collaborate closely with our Berlin team).BenefitsA wonderful, supportive team with a collaborative spirit and truly flat hierarchies.The opportunity to help shape an entirely new market and build something meaningful from the ground up.Fair and transparent compensation.Family-friendly working hours and flexibility when you need it.
