Driven by innovation and quality, Changan is excited to deliver intelligent, stylish, and sustainable mobility solutions tailored for Europe.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and insightful professional to join our Product Planning team. This position is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in product planning or Marketing, market strategy, preferably in the automotive, technology, or product sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding market trends, user insights, and competitive analyses into compelling product portfolio and strategy that directly shape our product future in the European market.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market analysis and forecasting for the European passenger car and new energy vehicle (NEV) sectors, focusing on market volume trends, powertrain evolution (BEV, PHEV, HEV), product segments, and competitive landscape shifts.Perform detailed product competitiveness benchmarking, tracking key rivals' technical specifications, feature strategies, technology roadmaps, and pricing approaches to identify relative strengths and vulnerabilities.Develop integrated product line strategy by synthesizing external market intelligence with internal technical capabilities, defining optimal launch timing, lifecycle management, and product iteration plans.Create and maintain product attribute-to-user value models to translate market insights into concrete product requirements, guiding design development and feature definition.Identify emerging product opportunities through combined qualitative and quantitative analysis, delivering data-driven recommendations to support management decision-making on product strategy and investment priorities.Prepare and present product planning reports to Support management in defining strategic product objectives and key initiatives by providing robust, data-driven recommendations on product strategy.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.2–5 years in product planning, product management, strategic consulting, or a related role; automotive or technology industry background preferred.Strong market analysis and business acumen, with the ability to distill core insights from complex information.Familiarity with product development processes and ability to translate user needs into actionable product definitions.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, or similar analytical and visualization tools.Excellent PowerPoint skills, with experience visualizing complex product strategies and business logic.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across diverse and cross-functional teams.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese or an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
