We dont present ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation or identity.Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together!What You'll do: Own the Customer Portal product for Germany and Austria, driving its vision, strategy, and roadmap; Lead ideation, validation, and prioritization of new features in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers; Create and deliver a value-driven product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives; Oversee the replacement and modernization of legacy systems, establishing a robust digital foundation; Collaborate continuously with other product teams to ensure integration and consistency across platforms; Promote agile principles (Scrum, Kanban), encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team; Represent customer needs within the organization and ensure exceptional digital user experience; Travel periodically (6-8 times per year) to Germany for workshops and stakeholder alignment; Hybrid Work Model.What You Are: Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in digital platforms, e-commerce portals, or customer-facing applications; Strong value creation mindset, focusing on tangible business impact; Solid understanding of frontend development and API integration; Experience working in heterogeneous system landscapes and B2X environments; Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Curiosity and drive to understand the German and Austrian parcel logistics markets; Fluent English (C1) both written and spoken; German is a plus; Availability to travel to Germany regularly (approx. 6-8 times per year); Nice to have: Previous experience in the logistics sector.What youll get: Wage according to candidate's professional experience; Remote Work whenever possible; Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment; Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; And others.Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients, all leaders in their industries.Are you ready to step into a diverse and inclusive world with us?Together we will promote uniquess!
