In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and delivery of payment features that align with business objectives and customer needs. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and business units, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that enhance our payments ecosystem.Key Responsibilities• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the payments track, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.• Stay updated on payment industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to shape the product strategy.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.• Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with the development team.• Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.• Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and business teams to deliver payment features on time and within budget.• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Ensure alignment between development efforts and the overall product roadmap.• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all payment features meet global and regional regulatory standards.• Stay informed about PSD2, PCI DSS, AML, and other relevant compliance frameworks.• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of both established and emerging payment methods, supported by market analysis and industry insights.• Technical Understanding: In-depth familiarity with digital payment systems and the infrastructure required to support seamless client integration. integration processes operate, with a solid understanding of APIs and services a plus• Track key performance metrics and use data insights to drive continuous improvement.• Identify areas for optimization to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
