We are continuously looking for team players who will stop at nothing to deliver state of the art solutions as part of Team Rapsodo.OverviewAs a Product Owner at Rapsodo, you will drive the internal execution engine that turns product direction into well-defined, build-ready work for our engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand objectives and customer needs, then translate them into clear requirements, structured plans, and coordinated development efforts.Your role centres on bringing clarity, momentum, and alignment to complex technical work — ensuring Product Engineers and cross-functional R&D teams have what they need to design, integrate, and validate features successfully. You will oversee requirement definition, cross-team coordination, progress tracking, and readiness checks that keep development moving smoothly from concept to launch.You will play a central role in reducing ambiguity, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring each release is well-scoped, high quality, and grounded in real-world athletic use cases.The Role:We're looking for a Product Owner who thrives in fast-moving engineering environments — someone who can bring order to complexity, align technical teams, and keep development flowing toward meaningful outcomes.If you excel at clarifying requirements, coordinating across functions, anticipating dependencies, and driving features to completion, you will make a strong impact here. What You'll DoSystem Thinking & Integration AwarenessUnderstand how hardware, software, and interconnected system components come together to deliver reliable end-to-end product behaviour.Anticipate integration challenges early and work with R&D teams to address system-level dependencies.Ensure requirements, assumptions, and constraints reflect the realities of multi-layered product architectures.Translate Product Direction Into Clear RequirementsWork with internal stakeholders to understand feature goals, customer needs, and product priorities.Convert product concepts into clear requirement packages and acceptance criteriaMaintain a clear and organised backlog that enables realistic planning and confident execution.Drive Feature Execution & DeliveryCoordinate implementation plans across engineering teams.Work confidently across products that combine hardware, software, and interconnected system components — ensuring each layer aligns with intended behaviour and integration expectations.Track progress, dependencies, and timelines, escalating risks early and constructively.Enable Effective Cross-Team CollaborationServe as the point of clarity across R&D teams.Facilitate smooth handovers across system layers, ensuring each team understands inputs, outputs, and constraints.Support integration efforts by aligning assumptions, data flows, and expected system behaviour.Strengthen Product Readiness & ValidationDefine validation criteria and ensure features behave as intended across real-world workflows.Partner with QA on coverage, release preparedness, and issue resolution. Support field testing or internal evaluations to confirm performance and stability.Coordinate Internal Stakeholders Through ExecutionProvide timely updates on readiness, risks, and release feasibility.Feed accurate engineering progress into planning and internal alignment discussions.Ensure delivery expectations align with overall product direction and business needs.
