Product & Packaging Engineer

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Product & Packaging Engineer!If you're passionate about product innovation, packaging development, and want to work on international projects in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.What will you do?Manage product development projects (new developments, modifications to existing products, reverse engineering) within the packaging industry, in coordination with internal teams and international clientsLead and support cross-functional technical projects, acting as Project Leader or Project Member depending on the contextRequest, organize, and participate in sampling activities, verifying the correct implementation of client specificationsCollaborate with technical departments, internal labs, and suppliers to implement changes to molds, equipment, or processes and resolve technical issuesWork closely with the Validation Lab to apply the correct testing methods, review lab results, and present findings internally and to clientsSupport clients in the design or optimization of new and existing plastic packaging products, conducting feasibility studies and proposing technical improvementsWhat are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical backgroundMinimum of 2 year of experience in a technical R&D or Management role.
