Regional Director

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Regional Director for its EMEA plants.What will you do?Define and execute regional plans and business strategies in compliance with the company strategy and promote the group vision within country teamsMonitor the performance of the plants, take necessary preventive and corrective actions to achieve business profitability and sustainabilityLead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for industrial operations of the regionLead, suggest, and participate in projects for startups, expansions, and development plans, including industrialization of new product portfolios, industrial rationalization, and optimization initiativesSupervise, coordinate, and support the local management team, promoting staff training and development at all levelsEnsure alignment between global departments, countries, and plantsSuggest business development opportunitiesManage client relations at the regional level and guarantee client satisfactionSupport quality at all levels to promote a continuous improvement mindsetRepresent the company with local authorities, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and regional stakeholdersWhat are we looking for?5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or Production Manager in the plastics industry (FMCG or Automotive)Expertise in plastic molding technologies: EBM, SBM, and/or IM (required)Strong knowledge of WCM, HSE standards, and manufacturing KPIsSolid understanding of production planning, supply chain, and logisticsStrong knowledge of business economicsExcellent knowledge of EnglishGood knowledge of FrenchEngineering degree or equivalent technical backgroundProven leadership in managing teams and improving operational performanceAvailability to travel for 50-60% of the timeWhat do we offer?Continuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry expertsDynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projectsCareer growth opportunities in an industry-leading companyInternal mobility: Opportunities for job rotation and career progressionSounds like a fit?
