Product Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a Product Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing automotive accessory products based on customer needs. This role works closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure product feasibility, competitiveness, and supplier reliability.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source new products in line with customer requirements and market trends.Conduct supplier research, evaluation, and negotiation to ensure competitive pricing and quality.Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to support product development and sales opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.Prepare product comparison, cost analysis, and sourcing reports.Monitor sourcing timelines, shipments, and product availability.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any major (Engineering or Business preferred).Experience in product sourcing, purchasing, or procurement is an advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).Ability to analyze product specifications and market competitiveness.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines.
