We need a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team in Seoul. You'll work closely with our Creative Directors and Producers, making sure everything stays on track and projects get done right.Important Note: This is an on-site position in Seoul, South Korea. We're only looking for people already living in Seoul and authorized to work here. We can't help with relocation or visas.Skills You'll Need:Super Organized: You're a pro at juggling multiple tasks and keeping everything in order with records of everything. You're the type of person that is so organized it might annoy your friends and family - you make a detailed itinerary for your personal vacations. Great Communicator: You can clearly communicate complex ideas in easy to understand ways both verbally and in writing to clients and team members.Problem Solver: You're quick to find solutions when things don't go as planned, you don't get rattled by a bit of chaos.Hands on: You're an expert with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs, and you know your way around project management tools like Trello.System Champ: You can set up and make sure everyone follows clear processes and organizational systems that you have built, no issues enforcing them to people even in higher roles.Bilingual (English & Korean): You can work comfortably in both languages.Positive Attitude: You're a team player with a can-do spirit.Creative Spark: You're excited about being part of the creative process, you have a sense for what will look good to external stakeholders.Legal work authorization in South Korea.
