This role is hands-on, detail-focused, and central to managing the flow between vendors, fabrication, and clients.The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership and thrives in a role where responsibility increases as familiarity with our processes grows.Job RequirementsResponsibilities Coordinate daily production workflow: scheduling, order tracking, timelines Communicate with fabricators, finishers, 3PLs, and suppliers to maintain progress Prepare production documents, specs, job sheets, and material lists Organize samples, materials, and components for active projects Support quality control checks and inspections before shipment Maintain production records and digital project files Assist in resolving production or supply-chain issues as they arise Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support smooth project executionQualifications 3+ years experience in production, fabrication, lighting, furniture, interiors, or a related field (or strong aptitude/interest) Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities Comfortable interacting with vendors, fabricators, and logistics partners Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Quickbooks, Excel, CAD/technical drawings a plus) Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking initiativeAbout Our CompanyAbout: OCHREOCHRE is an international luxury lighting and furniture brand known for handcrafted, sculptural design and meticulous attention to detail.
